New Year, New Milestone!
RPV Has Paid $13 Million to Patients & Family Caregivers for Participating in Research Since 2013
Towson, MD, 1.4.2024 – For over a decade, Rare Patient Voice LLC has empowered patients and family caregivers to have their voices heard through participating in research studies, for which they are compensated. This month, Rare Patient Voice is happy to announce that the company has awarded patients and caregivers a grand total of over $13 million dollars since the company was founded in 2013.
“The mission of Rare Patient Voice has been to empower patients and family caregivers to share their voices,” said Wes Michael, Founder and President of Rare Patient Voice. “We now have over 145,000 RPV community members, across nine countries. For 2024, we look forward to continuing to connect patients and family caregivers with study opportunities in which they can share their insights and experiences with researchers and companies.”
Decision makers are increasingly eager to include the patient and family caregiver perspective in their research, development, and marketing processes. Rare Patient Voice connects them with rare and non-rare disease patients and their loved ones, whose opinions and insights are invaluable as new treatments, devices, and services are created and fine tuned.
