Clinical Trial Recruitment with Rare Patient Voice

A doctor in a white coat smiles while taking notes on a clipboard during a consultation with a patient.Clinical research is a critical step in progress towards new approaches, treatments, and cures for all diseases. Outreach Through Advocacy and Digital Platforms

Outreach Through Advocacy and Digital Platforms

The RPV Patient Advocacy Team (PAT) is connected with thousands of referral partners worldwide. These partners help us identify patients and family caregivers who want to be involved in research. In addition to sharing research opportunities on our social media platforms, we host a private Facebook page where we share directly with referral partners, increasing our ability to target specific trials.

In addition to our partnerships, we attend in person patient events, where we meet and sign up patients and family caregivers. We also leverage RPV’s vibrant social media accounts on multiple platforms.

Screening and Qualification

Screening and Qualification

To ensure the success of your clinical trial, it is essential to recruit participants who meet the specific inclusion criteria for your study. Rare Patient Voice employs a rigorous pre-screening process to identify qualified candidates. We send targeted email invitations to our panel members with five to six initial screening questions tailored to the trial requirements.

Once these preliminary criteria are met, participants are directed to the client's screening platform for further evaluation. This two-step approach minimizes the burden on researchers by delivering pre-qualified candidates who are ready to participate.

Dedicated Project Management

Dedicated Project Management

Each clinical trial recruitment effort is assigned a dedicated project manager to act as your team’s primary point of contact. This ensures communication is clear and consistent throughout the process. Our project managers work closely with your team to understand your study's unique needs and develop a customized recruitment plan.

From initial outreach to participant engagement, our project managers oversee every detail to keep your recruitment efforts on track. They provide regular updates and are available to address questions or concerns. This hands-on approach allows us to adapt to changing needs and deliver a recruitment experience that exceeds expectations.

Extensive Network of Patients and Caregivers

We focus on connecting you with the right participants for your specific criteria. Reviews From Our Clients

Clients keep telling us how pleased they are with our recruitment results. This is a result of:

  • Sourcing – We connect with patients personally at in-person patient events. We also partner with thousands of patient advocacy organizations, support groups, and foundations.
  • Vetting – We vet each patient and family caregiver who signs up both manually (looking at the answers to questions about the condition and treatment) and technologically (does their contact information match independent sources? are IP addresses unique?). If unsure, we contact the patient directly and discuss. This helps us reduce fraudulent entries and maintain a high-quality respondent pool. We also use tools such as Research Defender to ensure overall authenticity.
