Hi, this is Wes again. You ask why video? Why are we doing a lot of work now with videos? Well, our business was based on face-to-face contact. We meet patients by going to patient events, in person, across the country. Walks, conferences and such.
We meet clients in person by going to the market research conferences. But then once the business starts, it’s done remotely. We deal with patients through email. They take online surveys. They do phone interviews. And with clients, is typically almost all done through email.
We want to get back to our roots. We want to get back to meeting people, seeing people. I was always impressed how somebody could see a person in a focus group… and be totally touched by what they had to say. Yet they could look at a report filled with mounds of data and not really get the same feeling.
So, there is something about seeing folks, hearing what they have to say and having that face-to-face contact.
So we’re happy to do this. And we found a way to do it that’s much simpler than in the past that you’ll be hearing more about as we go on. So, we look forward to reaching out to you and others and demonstrating it. Thanks!
