With a name like Rare Patient Voice, it is pretty obvious we recruit rare patients, right? Well, yes, but we also recruit non-rare.
Reminds me of a story. When I worked at McCormick, the spice company, our Food Service division had a joint venture with a German company. They were able to take spices and add some other ingredients and create a great flavor enhancer for other food companies. The last name of the gentleman who created this was Mild, so it was called Mild Spice. They insisted on using that name. Well you can imagine the sales call. The McCormick person would have to spend half of the call explaining that it wasn’t a mild spice, that was just the name. And then in a few days, the customer would only remember it was Mild Spice. So, it failed.
So, you’d think I would learn from that and change the name of the company. But I don’t want to. We do focus on rare patients, after all. It’s just that we also have many non-rare conditions such as Asthma, Bipolar, Depression, Diabetes, Heart Disease, all sorts of cancers, the list goes on and on (check out our website). I say we’re medium rare. There’s a little pink in there.
So, think of us for recruiting all your patient needs, not just the rare. You can check out our patient counts, get feasibility and pricing from PAM, our 24/7 DIY proposal tool!
