Don’t be surprised to get a text from Rare Patient Voice

For years now, we’ve sent invites to our Rare Patient Voice studies out to you by email. Recently, we ran in to a temporary email issue and in a pinch we sent invites out by text. It was very successful! Turns out people check their texts more than their emails. So while email is still our go-to method, we plan to use texting more in the future. So don’t be surprised if you get a text from us. You might want to check your Rare Patient Voice profile on line to make sure the phone number you listed is for a cell phone that can accept texts.
