What's New at Rare Patient Voice?
A Note to Our Readers
At RPV, we support all patients, family caregivers, and everyone living with visible as well as invisible disabilities. To that end, we are aware that some may experience accessibility issues with this very newsletter. Please know that we are currently working on a solution, and in the meantime, the monthly newsletters are available on our website here: https://rarepatientvoice.com/for-patients/newsletters/.
Didn’t Qualify for a Study? We Still Value Your Time
We appreciate your participation and being part of the RPV community, even if you didn't qualify for a particular study. Each month we automatically enter people who tried but did not qualify for a study into a raffle for a $100 Amazon gift card. The randomly chosen winner is then notified via email. Congratulations to our latest winner, Vicki!

Ginger is advocacy focused and strives to increase opportunities for all patients and family caregivers who want to have their voices heard.
“I’m an advocate at heart. My background as a social worker has provided opportunities to advocate for poverty programs, music, and now rare diseases. I particularly love to see new research projects and how great our team works together to help clients fill difficult recruiting gaps.”
Hiking, traveling, and attending concerts are among Ginger’s interests. She especially enjoys spending time with her children, friends, and her four sisters and brother - including her twin!
