“Hi lovely spoonie friends! My name is Autumn Meadows (she/her), and I’m a 21-year-old disability, chronic illness, and mental health advocate from western Colorado, living with M.E, Dysautonomia, and several other chronic conditions.
In 2023, I self-published my debut poetry book, When My Heart Speaks; it is a collection of my sincerest authentic and heartfelt expressions of the pain and joy I’ve experienced through my warrior journey. My most beloved hobbies include writing, singing & playing uke, performing comedy, crafting, and hanging out with my senior kitty, Mabel Grace.
