Kelsey is a queer disabled patient advocate based out of the greater Los Angeles area. They have Chronic Migraine, Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis, Hypermobility Syndrome, and other chronic conditions. They hold a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Diversity and Social Inequality.
Kelsey has been a patient advocate since September 2021 and works to become a better advocate everyday through the American Migraine Foundation’s Emerging Advocates program. They recently joined the Patients Rising Delegate program. Their work consists of educational posts on Migraine on Instagram and has grown to include a Healthline panel, advocating on the Hill for Migraine and Fibromyalgia, features in articles, and magazines, and more.
