Today’s Caregiver, the first national magazine for all family and professional caregivers, and Caregiver.com recently announced the 2023 Caregiver Friendly® Award recipients. The Caregiver Friendly® Awards are designed to celebrate products, services, books, and media created with the needs of caregivers in mind.
The Rare Patient Voice entry, “Helping Family Caregivers Share Their Voices,” has been awarded a 2023 Caregiver Friendly® award in the Company category. This award signifies that Rare Patient Voice understands the value of supporting family caregivers and has created something that not only helps a caregiver care for their loved ones but also improves his or her quality of life in the process.
Award winners will also be announced on caregiver.com and at the 23rd anniversary Palm Beach County Fearless Caregiver conference.
“The average caregiver is responsible for over $40,000 in health related expenditures each year, in either personal or directed funds” Says Gary Barg, Editor-in-Chief of Today’s Caregiver magazine. “This award is designed to help family caregivers recognize and reward those organizations who will care for them in as committed a manner as they care for their loved ones.”
