Since it’s February, it’s already too late to say Happy New Year. But I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to say thank you. Our many clients, from market research firms, ad and communications agencies, academics, user and customer experience agencies, and CROs made 2019 our best year ever!
You called on us to conduct over 1,000 studies in 2019, a 42% increase over 2018, enabling us to reward patients and caregivers with over one million dollars in honoraria!
Thanks for finding us! We gained over 100 new clients in 2019, and you’ve pointed us to more diseases and conditions that you and your clients need. We now have over 100,000 patients and caregivers in over 400 different diseases and conditions, both rare and non-rare.
Over 11,000 new members signed up. We did this both by meeting folks in person at patient events like walks and conferences, and through patient referrals. We exhibited at 156 different patient events all over the country! It’s great to meet patients and caregivers in person.
