When Chantel was first introduced to Rare Patient Voice as a panelist years ago, she immediately thought, “Why doesn’t everyone else know about this?” She was soon hired by the company as a Patient Advocate, a position in which she represented Rare Patient Voice at patient advocacy group events, spreading the word to patients and family caregivers about opportunities to take part in research. Living with Multiple Sclerosis herself, Chantel understands the daily struggles that patients and caregivers go through and is passionate about advocacy and Rare Patient Voice. She is now a Senior Project Manager and works with clients to ensure their project needs are met, and is passionate about RPV and her role.
“Rare Patient Voice gives patients and caregivers an opportunity to shape the future of medicine by having their voices heard. I am very proud to know that I am a part of a team that is making a difference in patient’s lives,” she says.
In her off hours, Chantel enjoys traveling with her husband, white water rafting, celebrating Halloween, and spending time with her two cats, Salem and Boo.
