What feedback do you get from clients?
Feedback from clients is so useful to us! How else can we learn what we are doing right and where we need to make improvements?
One way we get feedback is through the surveys we attach to each invoice. We love positive feedback (which is fortunately what we get most often) but actually learn more from any negative feedback. One of the first responses we had when we set up these client feedback surveys was a request for more frequent project communication. We took that to heart and made changes to our processes to make sure project managers were in more frequent contact with clients.
But most clients don’t fill them these surveys – we get it, market researchers are often the hardest to get to do surveys! I promise, they won’t take longer than 1 or 2 minutes, so please click on the link and tell us what you think – the good and the bad! We also reach out to clients periodically to obtain their feedback. This year we’ve learned many things from your comments. One key theme remains communication – keep in touch and respond quickly on ongoing projects! We hear you! We also love to meet clients as we travel to different cities, both to market research conferences and individual client meetings, and hear first-hand how we can better serve your needs.
We appreciate your feedback. Please never hesitate to contact us via phone or email when you have a question or comment! Don’t wait for a survey. We don’t want you to be annoyed with something that we aren’t even aware of!
