“Working with the RPV team was a pleasure from start to finish. Each team member delivered flawless support, including during some necessary hand-offs from one to the next. They were instantly responsive and careful in explaining the process, the current status, and the likely project completion date. As you know, for this project, we set out to identify veterans with rare diseases. Even though RPV has not collected that data in the past, the team suggested ways to gather it from the current database and got the study underway within a few days.
