Mirza joined Rare Patient Voice in May 2024 as a Helpdesk Specialist, where he plays a key role in assisting respondents by answering their questions about studies, payments, and other inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
He is currently studying Management at the Faculty of Business and Administration at the International University of Sarajevo, with an expected graduation in January 2025. Active in his community, Mirza volunteers by teaching English at a local church, supporting grassroots campaigns for environmental preservation, and organizing creative upcycling workshops for youth as part of his small business.
