Mirza joined Rare Patient Voice in May 2024 as a Helpdesk Specialist, where he plays a key role in assisting respondents by answering their questions about studies, payments, and other inquiries in a timely and informative manner.
After studying Management at the Faculty of Business and Administration at the International University of Sarajevo, Mirza recently graduated with a BA. Active in his community, he volunteers by teaching English at a local church, supporting grassroots campaigns for environmental preservation, and organizing creative upcycling workshops for youth as part of his small business.
