Mekenzie, who hails from Florence, Alabama, joined Rare Patient Voice in 2023. Her educational background includes a BS in Applied Health Science from the University of North Alabama. Working in healthcare has always been her passion. After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in college, Mekenzie was even further motivated to make a difference in the lives of others.
