Helping patients and caregivers share their voices

Rare Patient Voice and inVibe amplify The Patient Voice!

23 October 2020, Towson, Maryland

Rare Patient Voice (RPV), the leader in patient-focused recruiting, and inVibe Labs, the leader in voice-response technology, are pleased to announce an industry-first collaboration designed to bring to life the power of the patient voice! This innovative partnership brings together Rare Patient Voice’s patients and caregivers to share their unique experiences through inVibe’s Automated Voice Response (AVR) platform, and makes these real voices available on a new website, ThePatientVoice.com.

ThePatientVoice.com offers visitors the opportunity to hear patients respond to thought-provoking questions in their own words, eliciting rich data ideal for speech emotion analysis that can provide deep and meaningful insights. Patients across 15 disease categories provided thousands of minutes of voice data. On average, responses were 117 words in length and reveal deep, meaningful, and actionable content.

Wes Michael, President of Rare Patient Voice says, “Rare Patient Voice loves working with inVibe, especially as they further our mission to give patients a voice. The Patient Voice expands that to help all in the healthcare market research community listen to what really matters to patients. We hope this spurs more listening to patients and caregivers!”

“We’re thrilled about our partnership with Rare Patient Voice,” says Fabio Gratton, co-founder and CEO of inVibe Labs. “Their exceptional patient and caregiver panel combined with our innovative, automated voice-response solution reduces the need to manage multiple vendors, coordinate dozens of schedules, and spend weeks analyzing reams of unstructured data. In addition, our language experts and proprietary speech emotion analytics tools allow companies to get deeper insights than ever before in a fraction of the time.”

This real-world voice experience is available online at no-cost at: https://www.thepatientvoice.com.
