When you sign up with Rare Patient Voice, if you qualify, we’ll send you a gift card! How does the process work?
We send the gift cards by email. We like to do that so we don’t have to carry gift cards to patient events, or mail them. And it helps us make sure we have your correct email address, which we’ll use to send you survey opportunities. You’ll get an email with a link that you can click on. You can either print out the gift card, save it to your account if you have one with that company (like Starbucks), or use it on your phone when you go to that store.
It takes us a few weeks after you sign up to send the gift card. It’s not automatic. We go through each sign up and verify that you really are a patient or caregiver, then we send you the gift card. But, unfortunately, we do get some people who try to sign up fraudulently just to get gift cards, so we have to take some time to go through them.
If you haven’t received your gift card after 3-4 weeks, first, check your spam folder. Sometimes that’s where the emails go. But if you can’t find it, please contact us, you can email us at email@example.com. We want you to get your gift card! We pay for it whether you get it or not, so please make sure you get it and use it!
If when you receive the email with the gift card link, and you can’t seem to click on it, please try copying and pasting the link directly into your browser. If that doesn’t work, please let us know – we want you to get that gift card working. Sometimes a patient can’t get the link to work, sends us back the email, and we simply resend it back on the same email thread and it works. Don’t ask me why, whatever works!

Remember you can get more gift cards by referring other patients and caregivers you know to sign up. Tell them to mention your name and email as the person who referred you and you’ll get a $5 gift card for each referral who signs ups and qualifies!
