Season's Greetings from RPV

Rarity the RPV zebra mascot holding a holiday wreath
The happiest of holidays to you and yours from all of us at Rare Patient Voice! We value you and appreciate your being part of the RPV community.

Your Time Is Valued, Even If You Didn’t Qualify

We appreciate your participation and being part of the RPV community, even if you didn't qualify for a particular study. Each month we automatically enter people who tried but did not qualify for a study into a raffle for a $100 Amazon gift card. The randomly chosen winner is then notified via email. Congratulations to our latest winner, Richard!

Staff Spotlight

Hana Salkanovic, Project Manager
Hana Salkanovic, who hails from Germany and now resides in Bosnia and Herzegovina, speaks English, Bosnian, and German, and previously worked as an ESL tutor and a freight agent. She is now a Project Manager with Rare Patient Voice, and Hana’s favorite part of her job is the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and family caregivers.

“I’m passionate about the work we do because it goes beyond just collecting data – it’s about empowering individuals to share their unique experiences and helping to ensure their needs are represented in the development of new treatments. The collaborative and supportive environment at RPV also makes it an enjoyable place to grow professionally while contributing to something meaningful.”

In her spare time, Hana enjoys salsa dancing, collecting vinyl records, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Ari.
