Last week, one of our long-time clients was desperate since her recruiter had over-promised and under-delivered and her client was livid! Fortunately, we were able to find the additional patients/caregivers she required. This kind of situation is not unusual, but we have a favor to ask of you –
Please come to us first with your requests!
Each day, we receive emails about studies already in the field which are having difficulty. If we had known, we could have reached out sooner to help you fill your study with the fantastic patients and caregivers on our panel. Often we hear “we have a custom recruiter working on it” or “there is only one week left in field” and there are times where we just can’t help since we did not know in time. Rare Patient Voice patients and caregivers have signed up with us just to be able to participate in market research. They earnestly want to share their views and experiences. If you contact us at the beginning of a study, they will be thrilled to share what they know!
The good news is that if you do come to us first, we can also reach out to Advocacy and Support Groups through our Patient Advocacy Team at no additional cost to you. This is much harder to do when there is little time left in the field.
If we can’t get everyone you need, we’ll know quickly since our panelists respond quickly. In fact, we get the greatest response from patients/caregivers in the first 72 hours after launch. If we are having trouble filling quotas you will know early on and that will give you time to bring on assistance as necessary – we are happy to work with your other recruiters. This is a much better situation than keeping your fingers and toes crossed that your other recruiter pulls through!
Over the past 5 years we have built up a fantastic client base and we truly appreciate all of the business you have sent our way. We receive hundreds of requests monthly. Our US panel now includes over 65,000 patients/caregivers!
We’re always happy to help, whether you are already in a bind or just beginning a project, but if you come to us first you likely won’t get in a bind in the first place!
